Pro Tents & Events and our staff has years of experience in the party rental field. Although new to the area, we have served other communities in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Our company has 3 main principles that drive our work:

• Provide superior customer service and support to our clients both residential and commercial.

Our Mission

Pro Tents & Events has been working in the Chicagoland area for years. In that time we have developed the experience and knowledge to safely and efficiently set up events with the highest levels of professionalism. Safety is one of our top goals. We never agree to an event that can not be set up safely and securely. The Naperville area experiences severe weather throughout the year. We have the knowledge to set up events in the following conditions:

• In heavy weather including wind speeds up to 45mph, heavy rain, cold or heat.
• On all surfaces including grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete, wood, indoors and more.
• With restricted install dates such as time limits
• Where community requirements such as fire codes require specific procedures.
